Gloucestershire County Council have entered in a s106 agreement in relation to a development of 1350 houses at Land West of Stonehouse. 242 700 GBP will be provided for preparation, implementation and monitoring of a residential travel plan for the development. The service provider is asked to provide details of the service they will provide for a fixed fee which will not exceed 240 000 GBP. The remaining funds will be used for administration and monitoring by the client. 112 800 GBP has been received from the developer so far consequently the contract will be awarded for this amount and will be extended to the tender sum following receipt of the final instalment due on 600th occupation. The planning reference for this site is S.14/0810/OUT Land off Bath Road, Leonard Stanley. Gloucestershire County Council have entered in a s106 agreement in relation to a development of 150 houses at Land off Bath Road, Leonard Stanley. 44 460 GBP has been provided for preparation, implementation and monitoring of a residential travel plan for the development. The service provider is asked to provide details of the service they will provide for a fixed fee which will not exceed 44 000 GBP. The remaining funds will be used for administration and monitoring by the client. The planning reference for this site is S.13/1289/OUT Period of contract: The contract shall commence on 1.1.2019 and is expected to be completed by 31.12.2028 subject to occupation of the development.. The work at Bath Road Leonard Stanley is to be complete by 31.12.2024. It is expected that the programmes of works will be dictated by the developers’ progress with building houses. 6 monthly reports on the work undertaken should be submitted to the client. The contract will be extended (at no extra cost to the client) in the event of a delay to completion of the development. In this eventuality the service provider will need to amend his programme of work to ensure it is delivered from within the funds available. 1)
